Welcome

Welcome to the CIPS (Canadian Information Processing Society) Kamloops section website. CIPS is a non-profit organization of IT professionals, the Kamloops section is for professionals in the local community. Please visit the CIPS National website - www.cips.ca for more information on CIPS mission and its section's across Canada.

Kamloops currently has 60 members in the interior with a locally elected volunteer board. Kamloops maintains a close relationship with the national membership and will help you find CIPS members in other cities across Canada.

The IT community in Kamloops is growing and CIPS is a strong part of that community. We offer a venue for networking, learning and developing your career.

For employers, supporting your employees in CIPS demonstrates your desire to have professional, current employees. The programs we offer will expose your employee to new ideas, to peers in other companies and by association, raise the profile of your company among individual IT professionals.
