Round table discussion on opportunities to raise the bar for training Agile/Lean/DevOps here in Victoria. Recent research observations will be brought forward by thought leaders in this informal setting.
Background: Several sources have identified the importance of teaching Agile / Lean / DevOps principles and processes to the next generation of IT professionals as well as to non-IT staff participating on these projects (e.g. as Product Owners and subject matter experts.) There is also the continued need to train IT-professionals to be effective in continuous delivery and integration (e.g. for DevOps).
